| Is it true that 1st time homebuyers get a "special deal" when buying a home?
Yes they do. The South Dakota Housing Authority has some wonderful programs that make it much easier for 1st time buyers to own a home. I love working with SD Housing buyers & would be pleased to spend an hour with you explaining the programs available. |
Is this the right time to buy?
It depends upon your individual situation. If your family needs more (or less) space and have been thinking about a different home than this is the perfect time to buy. Interest rates continue to be very low & there is a good selection of homes. If you love your present home & don't really want to move, then refinancing to a lower interest rate might be a better option. |

In nearly all home sales that are handled by agents in the Sioux Falls area, the sellers pay the agent's commission. Your buyer agency agreement explains how that works. |
